Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We currently do not have local warehouses in the United States or Europe.

Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies by destination. Standard international shipping generally takes 7–15 business days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics conditions.

Any import duties, customs charges and relevant taxes incurred upon arrival shall be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, courier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout. Address changes cannot be made after the package has been shipped.
